Our local shuttle service will pick you up from the Lomé airport and after a quick stop to drop off our visa requests, we will head to the home of Dossé-Via’s grandmother for an authentic West African welcome lunch and orientation.  We will then take a ride through Lomé and settle into our hotel to prepare for our first night out in Togo!

Day 2

Get ready to be immersed into Togolese culture as we travel through the city and visit the Grand Marché, the marketplace in the center of Lomé, for souvenir and fabric shopping. Come prepared with your favorite designs for our tailor to create custom outfits for you. For the later part of the day we’ll take a trip to Pure Plage Beach and Spa, soak in the rays of the motherland and dip your feet in ancestral waters.

Day 3

We were part of a two-week long family as opposed to simply tourists.” – Magic & Melanin Inaugural Participant
